1. Initial HR call
2. Technical Interview
3. Call with the director + behavioral interview

Process included 3 interviews, First with HR a behavioral interview, functional interview with Department Manager and then final interview a behavioral and functional one with VP.
functional interview included loads of questions from .net, databases, web services, XML and a few catalytic question.
