CEO reached out to me for this position which happened to be local to me. Completed the application and started the clearance process. Recieved a good offer that I accepted on a contingent basis. Following the start of the clearance application and accepting their offer, I was informed there would be a second interview which would include the customer. After completing the interview it took about 10 days to get a response which unfortunately not favorable. If HR or management reads my review of the interview process my only suggestion would be to complete all the interviews prior to making a contingent offer to your candidate and starting the grueling process of obtaining a clearance. Other than that everyone was very polite, helpful and professional.
