Interview
Interviewed with HR person for 220 minutes then with sales manager and regional sales manager (both at once) for 30 minutes. Seemed less like an interview and more like a review of the new position.
Everything is up to you. True sales position. Very difficult to get going. Use own car and marketing material. Small team. Training will be many videos that are dated and not very helpful.

Warm body? Able to communicate clearly? Got some git up and go? Had a series of two interviews to land the job. Water can be very technical and a little daunting to learn so hitting the books for the first few months is expected. OJT is typically done with an experienced rep, so, with a little effort can be achieved.
