Phone interview with HR and then in-person interview with manager. The HR interview was just going over the resume and explaining the role. The interview with the manager was more in depth on the knowledge needed for the role.

Structural engineering related questions (Mechanics, strength of materials, etc..)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cuhaci Peterson (Orlando, FL) in Aug 2023
Interview
I was invited to do an interview in their Baldwin Park office for initial interview for one of their teams. Waited a few days to hear back and was then asked to come in for a 2nd interview with another team at their Maitland office on a Friday afternoon. This was a more laid back interview and I thought it went well. There was a request right after for a third interview with another team and one of the interviewers was remote from Miami. This interview took a bit more time and had a list of questions. One was amusing. What is your favorite Super Hero? Without thinking much since I had recently been seeing The Flash came to mind. This interview occured the day before my birthday and I thought this would be it and I would get an offer. To my surprise an e-mail came on my Birthday in the afternoon stating that they were not moving foward with an offer. I was disappointed, never have I ever been asked to come back three times over to be told no thanks.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cuhaci Peterson (Orlando, FL) in Dec 2021
Interview
Nice people, very easy interview. I declined their offer for the following reasons: 1) They only do repeat work 2) Lack of licensed architects, interns are basically managing the projects 3) The managers brought a few interns to do the interview with them (??????) 4) One of my interviewers made a racist joke about my immigration status. 5) I could tell by the tone of their voice this place have 0 work life balance, they were asking me to be prepared to work no less than 50 hours every week, with the ability to leave every other week once I completed my 40 hours. (They do not offer overtime compensation) 6) I know many people that has worked at Cuhaci and they said the company values were destroyed once the new leadership took over.
