Application process was fairly straight forward and simple, a friend referenced me and that helped get past the initial screening . As for legal documents, they require the physical documents, nothing too abnormal. In my case it was my Diploma (college and high school), passport, SSN card, and driver's license. Before an offer, they explained to me their Marketing Strategy, which I thought was strange.
