The district manager and general manager interviewed me. Asked a lot of behavior based interview questions. They have a certified area trainer that will train new managers for a week to 10 days. Very much into customer service and sales. Weekly reports come from district manager. These are very helpful and help you reach goals.

Easy process, bring your resume and be prepared to answer the standard questions. How would you deal with a difficult customer? Have a scenario ready. Also, have a few questions to ask them. i.e. What are challenges store managers face?

How do you deal with a difficult customer? Provide an example.
Super Easy and laid back interview with a DM. Arrived on time, Basically told about the building, etc. The Dm was nice enough, the manager in the building was nice. I got the feeling they just wanted the position filled with whoever applied.

The interview process was quick and easy. Took place on a zoom call with the district manager, not a group interview. The questions asked were not too difficult and pretty straight forward.
