Interview
All I was asked in the 'interview' was my availability and contact info. When asked if the job was union, I was told no....it IS union. When asked minimum hours I would be scheduled I was told 30, but that is actually 15.
Was two different steps for hiring process,
phone interview then a call back if the interview went well and your background checked out with no problems
Then came a personal interview.
