The process took 2 months more or less. Firstly, I had a brief phone interview, during which they asked my why I was interest in the position and to talk about my education. Then, I had an interview with the recruiter who posted the job announcement. After that, I took two different tests: logical and psychometric. Passed those two test, I had an assessment day. Lastly, I had an interview with the HR manager.
