Interview
First interview would be just a few minutes conversation with HQ HR to screen candidates and prepare the next meeting. Second interview by teams for about an hour includes HQ HR and Management from the HQ in France AND another regional director from the area you are applying. Third interviews was scheduled but they never showed up or sent emails to reschedule ! So I think it's rather disrespectful and for that reason I don't recommend to bother meeting them. Especially since their website states that they would always send a feedback afterwards.

Question 1
They are focused to see if candidates have an engineering mindset but also hands on experience. I believe this is a business run by engineers first.
