      Interview

Interview process was long and detailed. I met with many people with different backgrounds and focuses on what you can bring. I believe it was 5 total rounds with one of them being a technical assessment. Unfortunately the person who I would have been working under had zero technical knowledge and seemed to be hiring entirely based on feel. I was told that I was not hired due to lack of technical knowledge which was not a concern with any of the technical people that I had interviewed with. My 2 cents is that if you want to hire technical people for a position, maybe you should actually have someone with technical knowledge be their manager. I do not know how they expect people to be managers of others if they know less than them.
