Crown Prosecution Service Paralegal Officer interview questions

The interview took place with a panel of 3 managers, online via a Zoom meeting. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and started with one of the panel giving an overview of the role and what it entailed and each panel member then asked 2 questions each. They finished by asking whether I had any questions and were happy to answer these.

The interview process was satisfactory but there were large periods of no communication regarding application status. The interview focussed on behavioural questions and strength questions. The recruitment team were friendly and helpful throughout.
