Initial application, then a questionnaire and recorded questions. This was then followed by a panel interview with questions on case law asked in both settings. The panel was 3 interviewers
Overall, the solicitor interview process was well-structured and professionally managed. Communication from the firm was clear at every stage, and timelines were respected, which made the experience transparent and organised.
The initial interview focused mainly on competency-based questions and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and motivation. Interviewers were prepared and attentive, creating a professional yet approachable atmosphere.
