Interview
You are contacted by a recruiter as most of their positions are contract to hire, and then set up with an in person interview. They have a interview format that they follow consisting of situation based questions based on your previous experience in those areas. I.e. tell us about a time you made a mistake and what were the consequences of that.
Long interview process. Questions were heavily focused on finance and telecommunications experience. Went through about three rounds of interviews: one phone, one Zoom. And one panel interview. Relatively easy interview process.

Interview
After I submitted the requested resume on line I was contacted by a third party interview staff who confirmed the details within my submitted resume. It was then that the position was incorrectly posted for another location.
The interview process was simple yet took a long time to go through. The hiring team was nice and they tried their best to make it friendly. The interview itself was average and questions asked were generic.
