It was a quick process. They were very helpful and eased me into it. Questions asked were straight forward and it was informal. They asked about previous experience that I had and were interested in what I have done. education was also talked about along with my skills and hobbies. Very straight forward

Interview
The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a virtual meeting with a recruiter followed by an interview with a Manager/Partner. Both asked personality questions, and we talked about my resume.
It was 20 minute interview over zoom. Go over resume and they ask you questions about your projects. Questions were leadership and discipline based. They want people who are hard working and your first impression should reflect that.

Explain a difficult concept to someone who is not technical
