I had the best experience ever. The interview was too easy and open for any discussion. It was two audit partners who spoke to me. I have heard the similar experience from another friend if mine too. They asked mostly behavioral questions and went over my resume. Prepare stories about leadership experience.

Question 1
Tell me about the time when you had to change your leadership approach to meet your subordinates' motivational needs.
Straightforward behavior based questions, no technical interviewing required. Mostly looking to see if your a good fit personality wise. Be sure to know how to answer questions related to your previous experience and how they relate.
Three round behavior questions without technical questions. Very conversational with partners and manager. Each takes about 30 mins to 1 hour. It was an internship program then you will receive a full-time offer after that.
Incredibly friendly and personable. I appreciated that the interview felt like a conversation. It made the experience fantastic. It is most important for them to find the right cultural fit.
