Interview
Very low key and relaxed. No technical questions, it was basically just conversational interviews. Interviewer told me he did not expect me to know anything and just wanted someone who would fit in with the team
Straightforward behavior based questions, no technical interviewing required. Mostly looking to see if your a good fit personality wise. Be sure to know how to answer questions related to your previous experience and how they relate.
Three round behavior questions without technical questions. Very conversational with partners and manager. Each takes about 30 mins to 1 hour. It was an internship program then you will receive a full-time offer after that.
Incredibly friendly and personable. I appreciated that the interview felt like a conversation. It made the experience fantastic. It is most important for them to find the right cultural fit.
