I applied online. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (South Bend, IN) in Sept 2011
Interview
I had an ininitial interview with Crowe consisting entirely of behavorial interviews. The questions are among the hardest, most complex I've had in any interview. Be prepared to answer very detailed behavioral questions that ask you for specific details and applications. The interviewers were extremely courteous and even helped when I struggled to make certain connections. I was not too impressed by how I did at the interview but still was offered an office visit, scheduled in a couple weeks

Question 1
Took about a situation in which you were part of a group working on a task and had to consider conflicting ideas from various group members.
Easy process and very nice people. Did three total interviews. The recruiting people kept you updated for the process and where you were at and gave a lot of good information. It was a timely process and did not take too long.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Crowe LLP (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I had a referral, and the interviews were behavioral. Nothing technical very technical at least for my experience. The senior managers were chill and the process was quick, only took maybe 45 mins. They let you talk about what you want to showcase.
