First, I did an in person interview onsite with the hiring manager and another lady from HR. Then I had a final interview via Teams with the VP and another Director. A few weeks go back and I heard absolutely nothing back from them. Even after trying to reach out via call and email. Randomly, I get a basic "thank you for applying but we decided to not" email (Very Unprofessional)
