Crossroads Health interview questions

The interview process was very quick. HR reached out within a day or so of me applying. First I had a phone screen, then a group interview, lastly I had a 1:1 with the COO.

Was efficient. The question were relevant to my experience and to the companies ethos. Some of the questions were challenging. There was around of 3 interviews, the first one was with HR, the second with the department Head and the third one was with the Department Head and CEO.
