Interview
Getting through the screening process is, on itself, a major self-assessment for career calibration. Crossover is a super challenging environment and the interview process is congruent with such. No non-sense algorithmic BS, just plain simple real-work activities that resemble very closely what you will find when you make it through. I wish all companies had more down-to-earth screening processes like that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (London, England) in Jun 2020
Interview
Broken online process for coding questions. Ignores the language that you select at the start as being most comfortable in. The code examples for testing don't actually appear.
No way to go back or actually get a reply after reporting faults.
One part of the process involves entering a username and password which are both supplied in the same email, so I'm not confident of their competence.
It's a very well defined process with several steps. There is a web page showing the status of your application. The process begins by introducing your personal data, then to a screening exam (test), then a written exam. You also need to record yourself speaking in English. At the end, you'll have a interview with the Hiring Advocate and then to the hiring manager.
Once you passes all the tests, you get into a "MarketPlace pipeline", where you can get hired by a manager.
