I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crossover for Work (London, England) in Apr 2020
Interview
You take a Proctored test on zoom where you're asked to actually test software
Basic computer literacy is also tested
You're asked to answer questions and record it
You will be asked to take part in a CCAT test which lasts for about 15minutes
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You are asked to talk about the biggest risk you ever took in your life
The interview process was the last step of the whole process. The other steps were harder compared to the interview. The interview only tested how well I fit in the company. It wasn't technical in nature.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Where did I work previously and what was my role. Was also asked to describe it in brief

Interview
The aptitude assessment test is too hard for anyone to pass, only if you have too good luck to randomly check the answers and attend 50 questions in 15 minutes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
couldn't reach interview because of Aptitude Test which cannot judge someone's skill set and professional experience!!
15 mins to solve 50 questions is just not fair in the CCAT
Companies never use such high aptitude skills while working in an real scenarios.
All they would want is highly skilled person but treat all them as they just don’t know anything when they join
Not satisfied with the interview process
It’s better given the person real life scenario and test their knowledge and experience
