I applied for a really basic IT support specialist position, I received an email and requested to take a few assessment online, the Psychometric one was a timed (15 minutes) related to logic and maths questions. The questions involved were from easy to really hard ones involving texts longer than they should be. I am a professional IT, who did IT Consultancy as well, which is way above the level I applied for, I have 6+ years in the field and was in management positions as well. To keep it short, I arrived to 35 answers when the time was up. The only answer I got was you failed so your candidacy is rejected, you can try to apply again within 6 months. The questionnaire did not involve any IT questions, which makes me think these assessments are a big B....hit and has nothing to do with IT at all. I would never recommend a company like this and I am making this review so other candidates will not lose their time with this so called IT company.
