I got an unexpected call around 3:45pm on 9/9/2024 from a woman from Crossman and Company who did not identify themself but was most likely HR. They asked if I had a few minutes to answer some questions about the role I applied for. I was out and about and unavailable so I asked to reschedule to the next morning at 10:30am, which the employee agreed. 10:30am the next day, no call/email or anything and radio silence since 9/10/24. Very unprofessional.
Organized and fair. The office seems pleasant and respectful. I hope to hear back from them in the future. Parking in the back if the building. Convenient to downtown Orlando
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Crossman & Company (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2019
Interview
Multi panel, laid back questions. I feel like it was irrelevant as to why a person moves to the area. The one person who was conducting the majority of the interview was not very friendly. I was more than qualified for the position. She stated they wanted someone to start immediately and I expressed giving my current employer the proper two week notice. However, three weeks later, still no word and I was dismissed from my current position and notified them I was now available for immediate hire. The position was filled 2 months after I originally applied. Would not recommend.
