I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CrossCom National (Buffalo Grove, IL) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was very interactive and engaging, creating a comfortable environment for open conversation. The interviewer showed genuine interest in learning more about my background, asking thoughtful questions that allowed me to highlight my skills, past experiences, and professional journey. Rather than feeling like a strict Q&A session, it felt more like a dialogue where I could share my story and connect my experiences to the role. This approach made the discussion insightful and allowed me to demonstrate better how my strengths align with what they are looking for.

One of the main questions they asked me was about my background and experience—specifically, how my previous roles and skills could contribute to the position I was interviewing for. They wanted to understand not just what I had done, but also how those experiences had prepared me to handle challenges and add value to their team.

Interview
HR read word to word of my resume but poker face the entire interview. Interview was pretty fast and not much detailed. Then I was directed to another room where the lead and director sat down and asked basic level questions. They then explained what the company is and what the position requires.
