Interview
Phone interview then went in to meet with hiring manager. Offered a position immediately. Smooth onboarding process. I received a written offer via email the same day and also received a formal offer letter in the mail. They were also very flexible regarding my start date.

Interview
It was a very laid back experience. Ryan (VP of Allied) was very easy to talk to. The interview process did not feel like a interview, just having a conversation.

How do you feel about working with tech and remote?
The interview process was great here. Kathleen is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable throughout. Onboarding with HR was easy too. More than one dept head interviewed but Kathleen was the nicest.

HR Rep reached out a week ago to schedule a phone interview, I responded the day of with several follow up emails during the week and STILL have not heard anything back about scheduling a phone interview. It’s ridiculous.
