It was a smooth on boarding process with one round of interview. The manager had taken the interview and it went on for 30 mins. I joined in after a month as their batch starts once in a month.

My interview was scheduled for 10am. I was advised to arrive early so arrived at 9.45, I was not greeted for an interview by anyone until 10.20 am.. this did raise concerns as it was my first time meeting anyone within the company as my interview was arranged through an agency. The process was quite relaxed and general questions were asked, what I knew about the company, how my skills were applicable, why this role and then scenario and response questions. I asked lots of questions at the end about the role, daily routine, etc. I did ask what the annual salary was and commission percentage but they were unable to tell me this.. I am still waiting for more information. I think this is an important part of an interview because it’s key to know your earnings through training, probation, to completion and if commission is capped etc? The interview lasted about 40 minutes and felt very happy with how it went. The interviewee made me feel relaxed and not like I was being interrogated which can sometimes happen.
