Application centre that look place over 2 days. Tested writing and numerical literacy, ability to interpret data, time management, teamwork, presentation, creative problem solving. Had 2 interviews, one personal interview about me and my background, as well as a technical interview.

Interview
Interviewed with the director of the department and the HR. Interviewers are nice and friendly. However, the questions they asked were technical and chemistry related, which was quite challenging to answer.

Interview
Smooth and there were 2 rounds of interview with the first being a panel interview and the second being a case study + presentation style kind of setting. You will be put into teams and debate between each other on which point of view will work best regarding a certain topic.
It was difficult but they explained everything clearly and simply which made you feel comfortable about the assessment day and they brought previous graduates in for a q&a which was helpful to here from others who are in the scheme and what they do on a day to day basis
