The process required emailing my high school test scores, and they needed to be excellent. Then we had a back and forth hammering out the signing of the contract, negotiating numbers of hours I wanted to work, and talking about the monetary compensation.
Overall the process was super non-stressful, and was over within a couple of hours.

Pretty straightforward and easy interview process. All on the phone. Didn't interview in person. Interview are very project specific so just be sure to respond to each point in the job posting and you should be fine.
Standard follow up process. There are no business cases or trick questions.
