Contacted me for an interview, interviewed and was offered job. They were looking for people that would accept their lowball offer. They spend the absolute least amount possible on their work environment: it was a call center where I was on the phone 8 hours a day, and I was told that it "wasn't in the budget"to get me a headset: so I had to buy my own! This is absolutely unheard of in call centers, but absolutely indicative of Crest Auto Group, who did things on the cheap behind the scenes while trying to project a "first class all the way" image to their Cadillac/Infiniti customers.
