Cresset interview questions

The interview process was fairly typical in structure but unusually lengthy. I initially worked directly with Cresset’s internal HR team and ultimately was not extended an offer. The position has remained open for several months (approximately eight), and afterward I was contacted by an external recruiter regarding the same role.
