I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Creditstar in May 2026
Interview
I was disappointed with the assessment evaluation. Candidates are asked to complete a case study, and the final feedback is sent via email by the recruiter, leaving no opportunity to discuss or defend the assumptions and decisions made during the analysis.
The evaluation seemed to assume a single correct solution, whereas the assignment itself left room for different interpretations and modelling approaches. Some of the provided feedback was also technically debatable. A short discussion of the case study would have made the process much fairer.

Question 1
Develop a scoring model for future applicants (not specifically referring whether the model will apply to new or existing customers)
The team seemed nice initially, but after I submitted my test case solution, which took five hours to complete, they ghosted me without any follow-up. I am confident that my solution is good enough to get a feedback but they did not :)
❌❌ Total Waste of Time, Ghosting After two Rounds❌❌
1-hour interview after two rounds, then complete silence, no update, no reply even after follow-up.
Highly unprofessional. Clear disregard for candidates’ time and effort.
