      Interview

Interview was done by two Senior Sales Managers (very nice people) not even by anyone form HR that was stated on email that I received. Standard question asked from the list. Nothing personal, whole interview was to be honest very unprofessional compare to the position. Interviewer had max half of my experience which wasn`t good experience for me - that give a very unprofessional feeling and that nearly any one in the company can do interview. In general bit negative experience about interview how ever good company to work for

      Interview

Probably one of the most unprofessional interviews I've attended. Took a day off work and drove an hour to get there as was moving location, not offered a drink on arrival. I was put in a a meeting room waiting for half an hour and the interviewer was 20 minutes late to the interview and didn't make eye contact with me once. I saw him walking around the office before hand and he didnt even pop in to apologise. A colleague and himself eventually came in with my CV to hand although I dont think he referred to it once. The main interviewer took a phone call half way through (even though the interview was only 15 mins long). The other guy was wearing a hooded jacket over his suit looking really unprofessional. Got the impression they hadn't a clue what they were doing and that they couldnt wait to get off for lunch as they left the office straight after the interview. At the end he asked if I had any questions, I mentioned glassdoor and he shut me down straight away and said "oh the reviews on there are for the American company, not sure why it connects us to it, nothing to do with us". Made me chuckle considering all the reviews are mainly for the Glasgow office. Company comes across as a bit a lions den, admitted to me the majority of leads go to the best people (favourites in other words). A lot of empty desks in the office, i imagine they have a high turnover of staff as I've said about 10 different adverts in different locations for this job. I wouldn't bother unless your a call centre pro, not really a CAM role at all, I'd say more of an inbound telesales exec.
