Interview
I had an initial interview with an internal recruiter. She was wonderful! I then interviewed with the hiring manager, which was equally great. The final interview involved a panel of upper management where I presented an analysis of a fact pattern provided by the company days before the interview. Everyone on the panel was engaged and interactive.

Question 1
I was not only asked standard interview and HR questions, but they also ask questions that allowed me to really demonstrate my sincerity and interest in the company. Their questions were intentionally targeted to get to know me and determine if our values were in line.
