They reached out to me, I did not apply, and gave me an hour slot to interview. The zoom interview itself was your run-of-the-mill interview with generic questions. They seemed overly eager to get me to sign on, it was unique in that sense. Red flags galore with this company

3 step interview process. First is a phone interview with HR interview, the second stage is video interview typically with management. Third is usually with the owner or assistant manager. Fully based on sales and marketing inside retail stores.
