The hiring and interview process was much like a criminal interigation. The questions asked of me were posed in a manner much like a criminal investigation requiring extreme commentatry to support my answers, as if to suggest my credibility was questioned. At one point I felt as if I had been attacked and responded directly. Based on that one response I didnt think I was going to be considered for the position.

Interview
Uncomfortable. Everything on my resume was challenged. The interviewer was pompous and obviously didn't have a good grasp of what a claims adjuster does on a daily basis. The job described amounted to about 1/3 of what it takes to effectively manage a wc claim.
