In regards to questions, access and transparency: We welcome any and all questions however our application and hiring process is more extensive than the report above. Because of the volume of applications that we receive, we have optimized the first half of the process which is primarily recruiting and screening. For those who make it to the next step, we will either follow up with a phone call from the HR Director and welcome you back for a 2nd and possibly a 3rd interview.
