Very Brief, phone interview along with a 1 on 1. The job was promising to work alongside advisors, but once I received the offer, I later found out that the job was to sell insurance to friends, family, and peers.

Not many tough questions, a lot about your personality. Did not come on too strong or intimidating. They were very respectful both times I interviewed, and made the job sound very attractive.
