- I did an initial screening call from the HR side. - Next, I got into a call with 2 members of the Audio Team whom this candidate would be working with. The initial process could perhaps be sped up a little, since I got the initial screening call roughly 1.5 to 2 months after I made the application. Legit thought I got ghosted, or maybe I was one of the last few candidates they called up. Got an automated rejection email, which had instructions asking for detailed feedback, which I used, and they got back to me with a more detailed feedback, albeit much later, which is fair since it's stated as part of the instructions. A great interview process overall.
