First round interview with HR people, asked about experience & motivations for applying to the company, super chill & informal. Second round interview with team members similar structure also very informal & chill

First round can be answered with standard STAR questions. Basic stuff. After about a month, I heard back that it was on to the next round. Second round is a bit more formal, more department-specific questions. After that, I got an offer.
