I interviewed with the Senior Partner in person and then proceeded to interview with 2 Client Service Directors (they both interviewed and alternated asking questions) over video chat. I was a non-local applicant looking to relocate, and they were conscientious of that and my timeframe. After initial contact for a first interview, follow-up interactions and communication were made within 2-3 business days. The interviews were thorough and required you to think on your feet while displaying your best professional qualities. After my 2nd interview, I received a very convincing job offer 2 business days later and accepted.
