Easy going and friendly conversational interviews. First with the VP of Product Development, then the EVP of Supply Chain, then the General Manager. The offer was made the day after the interview.

They didn’t have a list of specific questions, it was a conversation about the requirements of the position, my experience, and fit with the company culture. The discussions were lengthy and friendly.
