There was a screener interview and a call back interview. The screener was 30 minutes and the call back interview was all day. The offer was given the same day as the call back interview.

I was asked about why I wanted to work at that firm specifically.
10 minute screener over a virtual platform with a partner who asked questions based on resume. There was time to ask questions back to the partner at the end of the interview.
