Initially contacted by a recruiter and was asked a series of electrically related technical questions. Afterwards I was interviewed at the branch office in Pittsburgh where I was given a 25 question Electrical test. The next step was to take an online personality assessment known as the Chally test. I was contacted about a week later by the original third-party recruiter who told me that the test revealed that I have a "Low commitment level" and that someone from the Pittsburgh office was going call me for a "follow-up" interview. They pretty much asked me the same questions from the original interview and gave me conflicting information about the job and salary. I started to have second thoughts about this place.
