      Program Manager Interview

      29 Apr 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Norwood, MA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cramer (Norwood, MA) in Jan 2025

      Interview

Way too many rounds - taking time off work for interviewing with 10 different people. The process gave me a chance to meet a range of talented individuals—some of whom were clearly energized by the company’s evolution and open to fresh thinking. That said, the interview process was excessive and time-intensive, and at times felt more like a test of endurance than alignment. It also revealed a strong top-down culture, with visible tension between innovative thinkers and a more entrenched, old-school leadership style. One conversation in particular felt more competitive than collaborative, which raised red flags. In short: There’s potential here, but be aware of the internal push-pull between progress and tradition. If you thrive in ambiguity and can navigate complex personalities, it may be a fit.
