The woman I met with was wonderful. She was professional, motivated, and made me really want to work there. Unfortunately she left almost immediately after I was hired. The office staff changed quite frequently. Even though individually everyone seemed great, too much turnover on the admin side is never a good sign.

Phone interview lasted 30 mins. Explained perks and responsibilities of job. Invited for in person interview then a couple days later. Asked me to bring in a 10 minute lesson plan to show my teaching ability
