Process was fairly straight. There was an written question mostly system design and scaling techniques. After that there was an online interview with head of engineering and some senior engineers. It was a pleasant and wonderful experience. The third step involves the CEO and he is a garbage person on my opinion. He leveraged my own information against me like i had extreme work pressure on previous job and unpaid overtime, called my written exam solution a garbage just to offer me a below average salary.
