Interview
The interview process was very relaxed, too relaxed actually. I was asked basic questions about the flooring industry. They gave me a set of floor plans and asked me to figure the quantity of flooring that was needed in the different areas. They asked what was the largest project that I had ever worked on. I was asked various questions about different types of flooring and installation procedures. Then I was asked to tell them about my self. One question I was asked, after being hired that I felt was inappropriate was "Is there anything you need to tell me", it made me feel like it was a trick question and were trying to guilt me into telling them my personal business.
