Well to begin, I got fired from my job as a car wash employee, and on a whim I applied on snag a job at Cracker Barrel. No experience in a restaurant. They called me within 12 hours and I came in for an interview, did fine and came back the next day to meet the GM. They hired me on the spot and started working the next week.

What made me want to work at a restaurant after being at a car wash for 3 years?
Quick conversation about my experience - I had none. Ended abruptly when the manager needed to return to the kitchen. I got a call roughly two weeks later. I would not work there again.

Very nice manager who interviewed me and he asked questions that were reasonable for the position I was trying to obtain. I did not end up working at that establishment, but it left a good taste in my mouth.

it was fine ,feels like your talking to a friend but it was a short interview process ,half way through they said they hired someone for the position so it was a waste of time
