Interview
This was a phone interview only as it was within the company that I already work for. We did not proceed past the first screening conversation because I didn't have the experience they wanted (and they weren't specific enough in the job description.
Very standard interview process. No surprises. I did a recruiter screen and then later a couple of panel interviews. During one of the panel interviews, one person was virtual. After the panels, I did one interview with a Vice President.

Long slow process, very little feedback, weeks to a month between interviews, scheduled employees were no shows to interview calls. Group interview was not organized, difficult to maintain focus as trying to please multiple people at one time
