Interview over zoom with two hiring managers. Asked basic behavioural questions about how to handle situations and difficult employees/customers. Interviewers were very friendly and reasonable. Second “interview” was with the manager of the department offering the position.

The interview process was quite long. It took almost a month from first interview to offer letter. However with that being said, they asked basic behavioural questions such as how to approach different situations!
